Adisyn Months 4-7

Adisyn the months have gone by so quickly and you are already 8 months old. We celebrated your first thanksgiving and christmas. Thanksgiving was not so fun as both Avry and I had to stay home with Hand Foot Mouth but you were lucky enough not to get it! Christmas was spent in Indiana with your cousins and we had a lot of fun. It was a tough month though because you were sick several times with a cold, croup, flu and even had to make a trip to the ER. It was a long month and I'm glad it's behind us. You are now up to 14.5 pounds and just about ready for your 12 month outfits. You now have two bottom teeth. You are sleeping much better and prefer your belly. You started to babble a lot and make a lot of little noises and smiles. You like to laugh at your sister and Dad. We've started our journey with the pediatric ophthalmologist at the Children's hospital to help your eyes. We have been patching your eye daily and you haven't seemed to mind it at all. You have been a champ at the long appointments and we are happy with your progress. You just last week started to sit up on your own and prefer to sit up and see what is going on around you. You are not a huge fan of food yet but we keep trying. Apples have the best chance of not getting spit back out at me! You are still very relaxed and easy going and we love your little personality.
