Avry turned 2

Avry you are almost 3 years old now and it is hard to believe. My goal was to blog about each year and your milestones but I am way behind because you keep me way too busy.  

Your second birthday we celebrated with family and an Elmo party. You had so much fun playing games with cousin Myla. You love playing together with Myla! 

For the holidays we took a plane ride out to California. Unfortunately we were stranded at O'Hare for almost 12 hours and it was one of the worst days ever! But once we arrived you had so much fun with grandma Sandy and visiting with your cousins in California. 

This year I was amazed at your vocabulary and your energy. You talk so much nonstop and have so much to say about everything.  You sing all the time and you love music. 

Your favorite TV show is Paw patrol  followed by blaze and your favorite movie is by far Moana. You know all of the songs because you sing them at school with your friends.  You have even started to do the dances.

You are a YouTube junkie and love watching Moana songs on YouTube. I think you would watch YouTube all day if I would let you!

Your best friend at school is Jacob, You two were born the same day and met  at school and have been inseparable ever since.  You also love to play with Poppy and Julia, we try to see them when we can because you always have so much fun around other people.

Your energy amazes me, you have more energy than anyone I know. You are very sassy, which comes to us as no surprise.  You are a very picky eater and only really like noodles fruit veggies hummus and squeezy's.  

We moved you out of your crib into a big girl room over the summer.  Grandma was nice enough to decorate it for you so that you would have a nice new bed and big girl room. 

You love to go to the park, the pool, the boat, the library and the children's museum.  This summer we have been to the beach a few times and you loved that too.  

You are the most cuddly toddler, your teachers at school tell me all the time how you hug and kiss everyone. You love to snuggle and cuddle anytime you can.  You have even hug strangers at the store and the park. Anytime we go shopping you say hi to everyone we see.   We don't go shopping much though because you are always on the run and it is hard for me to keep track of you! 

This year you found out you were going to be a big sister and couldn't wait to meet your little sissy.  You are so excited for her to get bigger to play and have a friend around.  

We cannot believe how fast the last few years have flown by and how big you are.  Pretty soon we will celebrate your third birthday.  We hope you know how much we love you..... and you also drive us completely crazy at the same time ;)
