December is always so much fun getting ready for the holidays... 

We made our first visit to Grandmas house 

We went to see the lights near our house 

We took a day trip to lake Geneva and lived through our first public blowout & meltdown (not nearly as bad as people make it sound :) 

Went to our first restaurant, post meltdown :-) 

We went downtown to visit Whitney and Madeline and enjoy some Chicago Christmas cheer

And we are now relaxing at grandmas house for the weekend! 

The best part is the winter... Zero snow and warm-ish days (no more MN winters for us! Though during the summer I desperately miss the lakes and trails)
